We appreciate the time and effort it takes to apply for funding, and we’re committed to making the process as clear and worthwhile as possible. While our funding rounds are highly competitive, we carefully consider each application on its own merits.
Here are a few common reasons applications may not progress:
After you have submitted your application, you will be emailed a copy of your completed form with your unique reference number. Please ensure ALL supporting documents below are emailed to charitygrants@thearoragroup.com quoting your reference number:
Supporting Documents required:
•One year of audited or independently examined published accounts (signed by your Trustees and auditor/examiner) or Receipts & Payments accounts for smaller organisations which should be signed by your Treasurer
•Most recent bank statement relating to the bank account details provided on your application form
•Most recently reviewed Safeguarding policy - your policy must show clearly that it is within review date
•Most recently reviewed Equality & Diversity policy - your policy must show clearly that it is within review date
•Governing Document or Set of Rules for smaller organisations. If you are part of a larger national organisation that provides a blanket governing document, please also submit your own set of governing rules.
If your application is unsuccessful, you’re welcome to reapply in a future funding round.
