Large Grant Programme Application Guidelines

The Large Grant Programme supports national charities whose work aligns with our Foundation’s mission to create meaningful, lasting impact across the UK. This funding opportunity is closely tied to The Arora Ball, our flagship fundraising event, and includes both financial support and collaborative involvement in the Ball itself.

Step 1: Application Submission

Apply for funding through our online application form, which will be available on our website on the day the grant round opens.

Please note: Applications submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

We encourage applicants to provide clear, compelling information about their organisation’s mission, impact, and how the grant would be used to further their work. The application form will also ask for details on your charity’s reach, governance, and financials.

Step 2: Pitching Day Invitation

In-person session for shortlisted charities

Pitching Day Details:

Pitching day is on the 19th January, 2026

Location: The Fairmont Hotel, Windsor Park

Shortlisted charities will be contacted on the 14th January via email with an invitation to attend the in-person pitching session.

What to Expect:
  • Explore your application in greater depth
  • Understand the impact of your work and your future plans
  • Discuss your potential involvement in The Arora Ball, including:
  • Participation in event planning and promotional activities
  • Attendance on the night of the Ball
  • Collaboration on joint advertising and media coverage
  • Contribution to storytelling and guest engagement

We view this partnership as more than just funding - it's a celebration of your work and a chance to amplify your message to a wider audience.

Step 3: Notification of Outcome

Find out if your application was successful

Following Pitching Day, only successful charities will be notified of the outcome and next steps by email. Emails: will be sent from charitygrants@thearoragroup.com so please check your spam mail.

Small Grant Programme Application Guidelines

The Arora Foundation’s Small Grant Programme is designed to support grassroots and community led initiatives that align with our mission to make a meaningful difference in the areas surrounding our hotels. We welcome applications from local organisations working to improve lives and strengthen communities.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted via our online application form, which will be available on our website during the designated funding windows. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regret that we are unable to contact every applicant individually. We understand the effort that goes into each submission, and while our funding is limited, The Arora Foundation warmly encourages unsuccessful applicants to reapply in future rounds.
