Our Independence

The Arora Charitable Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Trustees who act solely in the best interests of the charity and its mission.

Our charitable status mandates that all activities and resources are directed exclusively toward delivering public benefit, in line with our stated charitable purposes.

Maintaining independence from The Arora Group and any other entities is central to our ability to operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability. This ensures that all decisions are made in the best interests of the charity and those it seeks to support.

We gratefully acknowledge the generosity of Surinder Arora and The Arora Group in providing access to premises and staff support, which enables the Foundation to better achieve its charitable work. From time to time, we may collaborate with The Arora Group where such partnerships advance our charitable objectives. These collaborations are always governed by the Trustees to ensure they remain incidental to our charitable purpose.
